CLIC Implementation Team Update, March 2, 2015
Did March come in like a lion or a lamb this year? The I-Team breezed into March with a discussion of ongoing support for Intota V.1 as we prepare for migration to Intota V.2.
ProQuest is moving CLIC's I-Team from implementation to support for Intota V.1: Summon, Intota Assessment, and Intota ERM. With V.1 in place, the Team will be meeting less frequently, until later this year when we begin pre-migration implementation for V.2: description, fulfillment, and acquisitions. Our expected migration date is Spring 2016.
Please see your Implementation Team representative if you have questions.

Assessment Training Coming Soon
Implementation Team Update, August 4, 2014
INTOTA ASSESSMENT
ProQuest is processing and testing CLIC's data sent in by the Implementation Team. Training on Intota Assessment will be offered in two sessions. First, the Implementation Team and others responsible for inputting data will have Counter training in mid-August. This training webinar will be recorded for staff who are unable to attend. Later in September, after all of CLIC's data has been successfully ingested, ProQuest will schedule Intota Assessment training for CLIC library staff interested in generating reports.
INTOTA MANAGEMENT
The next phase of CLIC's implementation of Intota will be Intota Management components, starting with Resource Manager. The Implementation Team's work on Intota Management will overlap with the Team's continued implementation of Intota Assessment. The Team's first step is review of ProQuest's recorded training session, Intota 101. CLIC library staff interested in the Intota 101 training video should contact their Implementation Team representative for information on how to access the recording.
SUMMON 2.0
The Implementation Team is continuing to work with ProQuest to improve CLIC libraries' data and search results in Summon. We hope to have most of the issues resolved before the start of the new semester.

Phase 2 is Underway! Implementation Team Update June 18, 2014
PHASE 2 - INTOTA ASSESSMENT (IA). The Implementation Team met today with our implementation manager and ProQuest's IA specialist to discuss questions related to the COUNTER DRS forms. Each Team representative needs to complete a DRS form for his or her library's e-resources for Intota Assessment. The deadline for each library to do a first pass at inputting data is June 30. Simultaneously, Steve Waage at CLIC is working with the implementation manager to load and test catalog data from Millennium. Our Team goal is to have Intota Assessment in place by the end of the summer, with training for CLIC library staff later in August.
PHASE 3 - INTOTA E. The Implementation Team will begin work on CLIC's transition to Intota E in the fall. Prior to CLIC's beginning Phase 3, ProQuest will present a demonstration of Intota E for CLIC library staff later this summer. Stay tuned for further information on the demo date and location.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT. The Implementation Team is now using Basecamp to manage the various projects associated with CLIC's multi-phase migration to the Intota Management System. In addition to providing a single place for the Implementation Team to house documents, deadlines, and discussions, an important feature of Basecamp is the ability to loop other CLIC library staff into discussions on different aspects of the implementation processes.

Kudos to our implementation manager Ashley DeHaye and others at ProQuest for going above and beyond to meet our launch deadline!
SUMMON 2.0 ENHANCEMENTS. ProQuest is releasing Summon 2.0 enhancements on June 3, 2014, which will appear in the CLIC Summon sites at the end of the week. Stay tuned for further information after the enhancements are live.
SUMMON 2.0 INFORMATION SHEET FOR LIBRARY STAFF. The Implementation Team has drafted an information sheet on Summon 2.0 for CLIC library staff. Please see your Implementation Team representative for a version of the information sheet tailored to your library.
