Implementation Team Update, August 18

Implementation Team Update, August 18

COUNTER AND INTOTA 101 WEBINARS
Did you miss last week's Intota webinars? Recordings of CLIC's August 14 training sessions for Counter and Intota 101 are now available to view online. Please see your library's Implementation Team representative for links to the recordings.

SUMMON SEARCH RESULTS
The Implementation Team is aware of the problem of duplicate records showing up in Summon search results, and we are working with our Proquest implementation manager to help troubleshoot the issue.  Proquest is processing a new CLIC data load this weekend, which should eliminate a portion of the duplicate results. In addition, Proquest's Intota development team is working with our implementation manager to resolve the overall duplication problem for CLIC.

ERM TRAINING AT UST
A big thank you to St. Thomas for offering to provide additional ERM training for the Implementation Team and e-resources staff. Training will be scheduled in late September.  See your Implementation Team representative for further information.

QUESTIONS? If you have any questions or concerns related to CLIC's Summon and Intota implementation, please do not hesitate to speak with your library's Implementation Team representative
