Attendees will brainstorm and share ideas while doing a 5-step exercise that will form a basis for their own marketing plans. This morning workshop will concentrate on segmenting customers into target markets and crafting specific messages to reach them most effectively. In the afternoon, we'll cover how Merchandising can upgrade your space and increase circulation. Finally, we'll discuss Getting Attention on Facebook. You'll have plenty of time for Q&A too, so come and learn how to make all your promotions more effective, inside and outside your library!
