Our keynote presenter, Dr. Frank Cervone, will speak on "Focusing on the user: Best practices based on research." Dr. Cervone’s prior experience includes more than 20 years of leadership in developing systems and services that have helped to advance teaching and learning in higher education environments. Some of his major areas of interest include management of information technology and information organizations; accreditation in higher education; data analysis; the effect of social networks on innovation; and the use of library and information resources for advancing teaching and learning. The author of four books in applied information technology, multiple book chapters, and numerous articles, he writes a regular column in OCLC Systems and Services on digital project management.
